Source of personal data

Personal data may come both from the primary source (from the State itself) and from a secondary source (from a third party, e.g. our Client, from publicly available databases or registers).

You have provided us with your personal data:

As part of the contracts concluded with our clients, we obtain your personal data indirectly.

We try to process only your ordinary personal data. If you provide us with special categories of personal data, unless their processing is strictly necessary in accordance with applicable law, we will delete them immediately. Purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data because it is necessary to conclude and then perform the contract concluded with you or the administrator or entity processing your personal data - including:

• contacting you in connection with the performance of the concluded contract;

Obligation to provide personal data

Depending on the relationship you have established with Maszty.net, we require your name and surname, e-mail address, if it is sufficient to settle your case. In order to conclude and / or perform the contract concluded with you, we may also request the telephone number, PESEL / NIP number and correspondence address or business address.

If required by law, we may require you to provide other necessary data, e.g.

• for accounting or tax reasons;

• for the recruitment process.

If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to establish any relationship with you, including business relationship. In the remaining scope, providing data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide this data or you prevent us from processing it in any way, it may result in the cessation of services and / or termination of the contract, or failure to resolve the matter with which you contact masty.net.

Withdrawal of consent

If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by sending an e-mail, telephone or written notice of its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Withdrawal of consent may result in discontinuation of the service and / or termination of the contract.

You have the right to access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of the data. Additionally, if you decide that the personal data processed by Maszty.net is inconsistent with reality, you have the right to rectify or supplement it.

• request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided for by law;

• submit a request to limit the processing of your personal data;

• object to the processing of your personal data in the event of their processing in order to implement the legitimate interest of Maszty.net;

• to receive your personal data from Maszty.net in a structured format and to transfer personal data to another administrator. In the event of data transfer, due to other legal provisions, it may be required to obtain the consent of you or another person or to meet other conditions required by these provisions;

• not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects on you or otherwise significantly affects you, unless this decision is necessary for the performance of the contract, it is permitted by law or you have expressly expressed it in advance agreement.

In cases where data processing takes place on the basis of granted consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent granted for individual purposes of processing, at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the consent is withdrawn.

Please remember that pursuant to Art. 14 sec. 5 GDPR, Maszty.net is exempt from the information obligation when collecting personal data other than from the data subject, to the extent that the personal data must be kept confidential.

Complaint regarding the processing of personal data

In cases where it is considered that the processing of your personal data by Maszty.net violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. From May 25, 2018, it will be the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Objection to the processing of personal data

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when their processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the specific situation in which you have found yourself.

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data may be:

• public authorities, institutions or third parties authorized to request access or receive personal data on the basis of legal provisions;

Period of personal data storage

Maszty.net stores your personal data for the time necessary to perform the concluded contract. In addition, the data may be stored by Maszty.net for the purposes of counteracting money laundering and financing terrorism, for statistical and archiving purposes, for a period specified by law, counted from the date of termination of the contract or the event causing the need for such processing. At the same time, for the purpose of accountability, we will store data for the period in which Maszty.net is obliged to retain data on the basis of mandatory provisions (e.g. to document the fulfillment of legal requirements, including enabling control of their fulfillment by public authorities).

Transfer of personal data to third countries

Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
